Customer testimonials and comments
If we post customer testimonials and comments on our website, which may contain personal data, we obtain each customer’s consent via email prior to posting the customer’s name and testimonial.

Who do we share your personal information with?

Details of how we disclose your personal information are set out in the relevant privacy notice provided to you, but generally it is where we need to do so in order to run our organisation (e.g. where other people process information for us). In such circumstances, we will put in place arrangements to protect your personal information. Outside of that we do not disclose your personal information unless we are required to do so by law.

How long we do hold on to your personal information?

Social Media Platforms
Our website includes Social Media features, such as the Twitter or linkedin “sharing” or “follow” buttons. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account. To this end, such features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Our privacy notice not apply to these features, instead they will be covered by the policies of the companies providing them.
