Working within management recruitment for almost 30 years, John brings a wealth of knowledge, and an extensive bank of trusted contacts within all sectors of the construction environment, to his position as Managing Director. For the last two decades he has worked predominantly on delivering the right Senior Executive and Director appointments in the London and Northern Markets.
Director and co-founder of Tempest Jones, Huw also owns Quality Personnel; a Hull based business supplying personnel to key employers in Yorkshire and Hull, including prominent positions within local government, and at multinational clients like Smith & Nephews and Siemens. Huw has a life long interest in Art and is involved heavily in the Hull City of Culture.
Dean has over 10 years’ experience working in the recruitment sector operating at Director and Managing Director levels for search and selection companies. He is well networked predominantly within the property, infrastructure, and industrial marketplaces. Dean is an out-and-out ‘head-hunter’ who, over the years, has experience of recruiting at a senior level in most sectors of the industry. Dean started his professional career in recruitment following his Law degree from Newcastle University.
With almost 14 years experience, Jenny recruits within the Regulated Financial Services and General Insurance sectors across the UK, with a particular focus on the North and the Midlands she also supports the back office within Tempest Jones Property & Construction clients. Jenny has developed trusted relationships within her markets and thoroughly enjoys providing recruitment solutions to both her clients and candidates alike. Her passion for the role is driven by the satisfaction she gets when she finds somebody that ‘perfect’ job opportunity and delivers on a complex recruitment assignment.
Based in our Darlington office David has recently joined Tempest Jones. He has joined us from a corporate agency, which covered the North East. David recently graduated from Northumbria University studying Communication & Public Relations and has a passion for communication and stakeholder relations, something he feels can be a major strength as a consultant at Tempest Jones. With a passion for the built environment David is looking forward to building relationships with clients across the sector.
